Teal Jumpsuit

Welcome back! The weekend sadly came to an end much too quickly, and we are back to the craziness of the work week!

Today's post is on this teal jumpsuit. If you don't already know, September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Teal is the cancer's awareness ribbon color. Tragically, I lost an aunt to ovarian cancer... I'm not saying this to gain sympathy, but to raise awareness about this very scary and horrific illness. Ovarian cancer is very progressive and most people do not know they have it until much too late. This is why the cancer is often referred to as "the silent killer."

Be aware of the signs and get checked regularly. Let's work to raise awareness for this terrible cancer and pray for those who are afflicted by it.

This jumpsuit ties in the front and has flowing flaps on each side of the leg. I love how the wind is catching it in this photo.

I love these red doors!

I think this outfit is a great style and color for the fall. It would be cute with a jacket over it.

A photo from a shoot with Anthropologie Little Rock! It was such a fun day working with my favorite store!! <3
If you're in the area definitely give them a visit!

This weekend was SO busy and flew by much too quickly! On Friday night I spent time with 4 of my best girls from college-- Kelsey, Leighton, Julia and Katherine. We went to dinner and came back to my place for a sleepover. I woke up early on Saturday to go to the White County Fair Parade for work! It was really fun getting to participate in my college town's local parade. I loved seeing all the excited kids!
On Sunday I explored to Ouachita National Forest. We climbed some pretty tough peaks, but the views were beyond incredible! --and the weather was UNREAL!
